The term "blog carnival" was not coined by sister Aaminah. It is a commonly used phrase used by bloggers to describe an online event, where people submit their own posts to the host, related to the designated theme. It is not a term of disrespect, and I can assure you that the sister in question is the last person to dishonour the beloved Prophet of Allah, sallalahu 'alayhi wa salam.
