Assalamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullah Tooba.

JazakumAllah khair for your comment. May Allah reward you for your intentions to protect the honour of the Prophet, sallalahu 'alayhi wa salam.

The term "blog carnival" was not coined by sister Aaminah. It is a commonly used phrase used by bloggers to describe an online event, where people submit their own posts to the host, related to the designated theme. It is not a term of disrespect, and I can assure you that the sister in question is the last person to dishonour the beloved Prophet of Allah, sallalahu 'alayhi wa salam.

Carnival???
thts a weird way to honor Holy Prophet MUhammad (PBUH).
u kud hav done better than using da word "carnival"
plz change it.
carnivals r places where u hav fun n make fool of urself. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a v.respectful personality. you dont hold carnivals for such a respectful role model. you could call it a reading club or a motivational trip.
but plz change the word "carnival"
