Poe’s Quranic Inspiration

Abdul-Rahman Arif discovers a poem by famous American writer and poet, Edgar Allen Poe, inspired by stories from the Quran.

The poem is called Al-Aaraaf, which Muslims will know as the name of the seventh Surah of the Quran. The poem is quite long, but is interesting to analyze to see from where Poe drew his inspiration. Wikipedia has some further details about the poem.
