I just wanted to add here, that the word
Allah SWT is only reserved for that "one
God" and is never and can not be used for any
other diety than that GOD discovered by Ibrahim AS. Arabs are obliged to use this term
as they were pagans before converting to
first Chritinaity then Islam, must remember
that before the first sect in Chritianity,
Catholics, God was alway ONE, the one of Moses
back to Adam AS.

It is known that the word 'Allah' comes in Arabic language during the re-construction of Ka'aba by Sayyedna Ibrahim AS, probably he introduced this word Al-Ilah, no one but HIM, the word discovered by Ibrahim AS, as we all know that He 'discovered' Allah SWT and thus introduced to the Semetics, the two sons of Sem, Israelite and Arabs (Ismail) the "Din Al hanif". Even before the be'sat-arrusul SAW
the word Allah was echoed in the whole Arabian
peninsula, unfortunately paganism and
polytheism replaced monotheism and they started worshipping Laat, Munat, Uzaa, & Hubbal etc etc.
