General Instructions

This is a historical national gathering. The behavior and cooperation of participants play a crucial role in the success of this event.

Parents, women, youth, and respected guests all have an important role in maintaining a united and dignified environment throughout the gathering.

Please respect and follow the guidelines provided by organizers and volunteers. These guidelines are designed for your guidance, safety, and convenience.

We request all participants to cooperate fully with the organizing team to ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone.

Travel Instructions

Departure is scheduled after Isha prayer on November 20th. Participants are advised to have dinner at home before departure. The relevant management will inform you about the exact time and meeting place.

Each bus should have a designated travel leader whose contact number should be shared with all participants before departure.

Travel expenses and other related costs should be paid to the management on time. Please ensure all payments are completed before travel.

Participants should perform congregational prayers together and avoid separating from their groups unnecessarily during the journey.

Special care should be taken for elders, children, and women. Provide them with priority facilities and ensure their comfort throughout the journey.

Accommodation & Food

Due to cold and dry weather, participants are advised to bring warm clothes, blankets, socks, caps, and shawls as needed. Prepare for cold nights and varying temperatures.

Essential personal items to bring include: soap, towel, pillow, slippers, miswak/toothbrush, plate, spoon, glass, water bottle, and a power bank for charging devices.

For protection against dust and dryness, participants should carry masks (at least 15 pieces) and their daily allergy medicines/inhalers if needed.

Belongings should be packed in a strong bag with the participant's name, area, and mobile number clearly written on it for identification purposes.

During the Gathering

Do not use anyone else's belongings without permission. Any lost items found should be immediately handed over to the central reception or the nearest responsible person.

Participate in all programs on time to achieve the objectives of the gathering. Your active participation enhances the spiritual experience for all.

Use a diary or mobile notes to jot down important points from sessions and speeches. This will help you remember key messages.

Keep the surroundings clean and be mindful of others' needs. Maintain cleanliness and show consideration for fellow participants.

Perform congregational prayers, strive to remain in ablution, and make customary supplications. Maintain spiritual focus throughout the event.

Purchase books, souvenirs, and gifts from the gathering to spread its message to friends and family. Support the vendors and take home meaningful items.

Other Important Instructions

Completely avoid running or hurrying. Only follow instructions from responsible persons and maintain discipline at all times.

Avoid unnecessary movement at night. Stay within designated areas and follow the schedule provided by organizers.

Refrain from live videos and unnecessary mobile use. Share only positive content. Do not take photos or videos of others without their permission. Keep a power bank handy for charging.

Do not spread unverified news. Share the positive aspects of the gathering, its discipline, unity, and messages from the sessions. Avoid content that infringes on anyone's privacy.
